It’s been far too long since i’ve taken the time to post anything here on the blog. So i thought i’d post a brand new song. God has recently been dealing with me very specifically in the area of love for others. I’m one of those people who gets so focused on what i’m doing, that i neglect to remember why i’m doing it.

I have often complained that i can never remember names when i meet new people. A couple weeks ago i realized that i don’t remember names because i never engage people. As i meet them my mind is always elsewhere–thinking about a hundred other things, but never the person standing in front of me. I don’t focus on the person. The result is that as i’m striving to live my life and my faith to the best of my ability, i’m ignoring the most important part of my faith–love for others. So here’s a new song that talks about these things.
